Highlights from Amplitude’s Dual Mobility Master Class

Amplitude hosted its first Dual Mobility Master Class in 2024, welcoming international and Australian surgeons alongside local design experts to share invaluable insights into the intricacies of dual mobility systems in total hip replacement. The event covered a range of topics and was recorded to share with orthopaedic surgeons and healthcare professionals looking to enhance their THR expertise and stay at the forefront of medical advancements.

TOPICS PRESENTED:

šŸ”Ā  A deep diver into the mechanics of dual mobility, exploring centre of rotation and jump distance.
šŸ”Ā  Analysis of the differences between monoblock and modular systems.
šŸ”Ā  Insights into cup placement nuances, instrumentation, and surgical techniques for optimal outcomes.
šŸ”Ā  Exploration of the wide-ranging applications of dual mobility in primary THR.
šŸ”Ā  Performance data and clinical studies of the Saturne and Saturne II Monoblock Dual Mobility constructs.
