- The Saturne® Cemented cup has a smooth and continuous articulating surface. The anatomical cut-out in the equator area aims to match the posterior edge of the acetabulum and helps to prevent dislocation.
- The material is microblasted stainless steel and the grooved surface ensures even cement distribution and implant stability.
- Femoral head retention is ensured by the retaining mechanism of the liner at the recess threshold. This chamfer delays contact with stem neck, allowing greater clearance of femoral stem in the liner, and helps to reduce polyethylene wear.
-
UHMWPE or AXPE liners are available for Ø22.2 mm or Ø28 mm femoral heads.
-
Identical cup shape and common liner for all three cup variations – cemented, cementless and reconstruction.
